The Process:

  1. We quickly analyze the financial strength of your customers and set a credit limit.

  2. We factor the invoices from you at a predetermined advance rate, and simultaneously send the money to you, and send the invoices to your customer.
  3. When the factored invoice becomes due your customer remits payment to our lockbox. We wire you the remaining money after we subtract the purchase amount from step 4, and our factoring fee. Our factoring fee will be agreed upon with you before you make any commitment to us. The fee is determined based on the credit worthiness of your customers, and the amount of sales purchased from you.
