![Accounts Receivable Financing Loan, Accounts Receivable Loan, Loans and Receivables](https://www.fastarfunding.com/hs-fs/file-16063540-jpg/images/istock_000005300618xsmall_-_target.jpg)Like most businesses, the management at [Fast A/R Funding](https://www.fastarfunding.com/invoice-factoring-invoice-discounting-factoring/) put together a financial projection for 2011.  With the funding of three new [accounts receivable financing loan](https://www.fastarfunding.com/accounts-receivable-factoring-services/) facilities so far in the month of October we are now 25% ahead of projections for 2011.  The reason we are able to be successful in the current economic environement is because of a combination of several things.

- Going into 2011 we decided to make a significant investment in the future of our firm by continuing the build out of our proprietary electronic factoring software.  We are now on version 9 of the program.  With each no software release we are able to add functionality for our clients, and employees that allows us to operate more and more efficiently.  This efficiency helps us drive down costs and be more responsive to our clients.  Because of our software we don't have things like long term contracts and factoring minimums.  When one of our clients signs up with us they can leave us at any time and they are only charged for the factoring services they use.  The lack of long term contracts combined with our proprietary system has been a huge differentiation factor for us when we are competing with other firms.
- The continued lack of funding from banks for small business.  Because banks still arent lending to many small businesses, demand for a financing alternative has been strong.
- Professional management.  I can honestly say since starting our firm we haven't had a single client leave because they weren't happy with our system or the way their account was managed.  Like everybody else we make mistakes, but when we do make a mistake we are quick to correct it and make it up to our clients.
