Believe me, there are times when you prefer not to stay up to 2 AM to talk with our team overseas.

Part 1 of this series will focus on the technology behind the process of applying for one of our invoice facilities.

I'll have to keep some of the technology references very general, so do not give one of our "secret sauce."

Phase 1 of the application - Phase 1 is completed online when a potential client can find us either by an SEO search for a term line " business to business factoring ", SEM, an email campaign, a direct reference site, or from a friend.

Potential customers are invited to complete a very short (like 2 min),  online application that allows us to quickly gather information about the company to see if we can help them.

We OK the potential customer for business to business factoring, phase 2 and the application process and a potential customer receives a username and password back to the system to complete the application in Phase 2.

In Phase 2, our potential client is asked to enter more detailed information about themselves. By collecting data electronically, we are able to analyze and verify the information provided.

This protects both parties against fraud and makes the process much faster.
