Part Three of our discussion about online spot factoring with fast A/R Funding will focus on the creation of a new customer on our system.

When we created our software we wanted to make it as easy as possible for clients to create customer accounts on our platform and request a line of credit for that customer.  

I will add some screen shots from our system that shows how easy it is to create a new customer.  When companies come to us for Spot Factoring it is very important that we are able to approve their customer's credit as quickly as possible and our system automates that process.

The screen shot above shows how simple it is to create and submit a new customer for approval.

We are mostly interested in the address and contact information for the business in question.  We also ask our client to estimate the peak credit needs for the customer.  This allows us to underwrite the credit of the customer for the specific amount necessary to support our client.

Once the client submits the information they are notified electronically as the customer moves through the underwriting process.  If the customer is approved our system electronically notifies our client that they have a line of credit in place and our welcome to start submitting invoices for advance.

Part 4 of this series will focus on the steps related to online invoice creation on our system.
