invoice factoring service, invoice factoring services, factoring firms, invoice factoring firmsToday's edition of our "Some of the Secrets" series will focus on something really simple and well worth the money. Fast A/R Funding provides invoice factoring services to companies all over the United States.  Because we rarely meet our client face to face, our first impression of our prospective clients is how they present themselves "digitally" to us.  Their digital impression comes from things like the appearance of their website and facebook pages.

One of the things I notice all the time is that companies will have obvisouly spent some time and money on their digital presence, but then will use a free email service like hotmail or gmail.  The president of a company that has $10,000,000 a year in revenue will often times have an email like acme@gmail.com.  When I see this type of email the first thing I think is "why don't they have a real email address that matches the website domain for their company?" It definitely is not very expensive, so is it that they just do not want to take the time?  Not having a unique email domain for your company is like taking someone else's business card and crossing out their printed name and hand writing yours in.  It just doesn't send the right first impression.  As part of the research for this article I checked into how much it costs to have a unique domain for your email hosting.  Because memory on he cloud is so cheap now, I found multiple companies online offering this service for under $10 dollars a month.

Before you apply for invoice factoring services or other financing, spend the $10 dollars a month and present your emails professionally.  Your customers see it, your vendors see it, and what ever invoice factoring service company you use will see it.
