Invoice Discounting - Why our clients should start using our Quick Books integration tool.

This blog post is being written for the benefit of our current clients.  I know some of them subscribe to our blog so I thought I would discuss a subject in today's post that could benefit our current client base.

Last month we launched our Quick Books integration tool so clients would be able to upload their invoices to our electronic invoice discounting portal by just clicking a few buttons.  Before we launched the new Quick Books tool clients would have to use our online invoice creation software on our website to create invoice that they could present to us for invoice factoring.  The invoice creation tool is fast and easy to use but not as quick and easy as the new Quick Books tool.  I have spoken to several clients about why they are not using the new tool and the answer is consistent that they just haven't had time yet to learn the new system.

In making decisions in our day to day business lives we always default to what we know because it is just easier in the short run.  We would rather keep using something that works for us instead of making the investment to learn something new. 

Spend a few minutes, learn the process and you will be able to really save yourself some time.
