online invoice factoring Our last article in this series discussed the online application process. Today's article will focus on how we sign agreements with our clients electronically.

When we were structuring our new efactoring platform we wanted to make it as easy as possible to get clients up and running on our system.

One of the things we wanted to avoid was having clients printing multiple sets of paper documents and going to a notary public to have them signed.  We took a hint from the residential mortgage industry and decided to use an electronic signature service.  We had to integrate our system with the digital signature service that allows us to generate documents for our clients with the click of a mouse.

Online Invoice Factoring needs to be as quick and easy as possible for our clients. Being able to store digital documents also eliminates paper legal files for each one of our clients.
